Traffic offences

If you have received a penalty notice (fine) or court attendance notice for a traffic offence, it is vital that you speak to our experienced traffic lawyer as soon as possible to discuss your options.

Applying for bail

We can help you or your family member prepare for your bail application and advocate for you at Court. The law makes it very difficult to get bail after initial bail has been refused. It is important to make sure that you put your best foot forward in the first application.

Although this may be mean you or your family member staying in until all the preparation is complete. We may have to ask the Court for an adjournment until all the evidence is prepared.

Sentencing

If you are found guilty of an offence, the Court then considers the appropriate sentence. The Court has to weigh up a lot of considerations that are mitigating or aggravating. The experience with your type of matter, the Court you are appearing before may influence the sentence you get. Our experienced solicitors can talk you through the possible outcomes and how to best prepare. We will be your voice in court to ensure the Magistrate or Judge considers all the relevant factors.
